Abang dah potong? Semua orang dah potong. ..beginilah iklan ISP P1 Wimax. Kelakar juga tagline iklan ni sekali pandang orang ingat potong tu macam berkhatan. huhu

Memang jelas P1 cuba "menganjing" pesaing utamanya dalam internet jalur lebar iaitu Streamyx produk dari TM kerana gambarnya yang memotong kabel RJ11 iaitu wayar telefon tetap.


Baguslah kerana dengan ada saingan ISP-ISP tempatan dapat menurunkan caj perkhidmatan mereka. Pada saya pula apa yang penting ialah kualiti perkhidmatan dan kebolehan melayari internet dengan laju tanpa putus-putus.

Saya kini melanggan 3G broadband Celcom dan streamyx. Broadband Celcom memang tak berapa puas hati servisnya manakala streamyx pula intimitent. Kadang-kadang laju kadang-kadang slow.


Ini adalah satu cabaran bagi TM kerana dalam Bajet 2010 pun PM sudah mengumumkan TM akan memulakan projek jalur lebar berkelajuan tinggi (HSBB) yang bernilai RM11 billion . Kerajaan akan melabur RM2.4 bilion dan TM membiayai bakinya RM8.91 bilion.

HSBB akan memberi speed sehingga 10Mbps kepada pelanggan kediaman dan sehingga 100Mbps kepada pelanggan perniagaan dengan teknologi fiber dan teknologi IP sepenuhnya. Ini adalah tempatnya kerana isu hangat pelabur dari Australia risau dengan keadaan sambungan internet di Malaysia.

Ok berbalik kepada kempen potong P1 Wimax tadi. Ramai juga yang sudah komplen perkhidmatan P1 ni. Sehingga istilah berukband, snailmyx, p1 Why Mek, Max Cis dicipta oleh pelanggan yang tidak berpuas hati.

Melayari Streamyx Dengan Baik



Jika streamyx anda tidak boleh access ke internet,berikut adalah langkah-langkah yang boleh diambil sebelum meminta kakitangan TM datang ke rumah anda. Ya lah kalau sikit-sikit komplen ke 100 dan tunggu TM dayang check mungkin kita terlambat membuat kerja penting sedangkan kemungkinan kerosakan adalah berpunca dari peralatan kita sendiri. Silap-silap kena ambil cuti pulak.

1. Pastikan talian telefon anda mempunyai dial tone. Periksa kabel telefon anda dan pastikan semuanya di sambung dengan betul.
2. Pastikan telefon anda boleh bekerja (boleh dial keluar dan panggilan masuk)
3. Pastikan sambungan di splitter anda betul. Modem disambungkan ke ruangan modem dan telefon disambung ke ruangan telefon. Jangan terbalik. Di splitter tersedia gambar modem dan telefon.
4. Pastikan bayaran bil anda up to date.
5. Periksa modem anda:
- adakah ia telah di "on" kan?
- Lampu DSL menyala dengan tetap dan tidak berkelip-kelip
- Lampu "LAN" menyala, jika tidak periksa LAN AREA CONNECTION anda di control panel networking, pastikan ia "enable" atau periksa sambungan kabel ethernet dari modem ke komputer disambung dengan betul atau kemungkinan Network Interface Card (NIC) rosak.
5.Jika masih tidak boleh access ke internet, cuba sambungkan kabel telefon anda (RJ11) dari modem terus ke soket tanpa disambung ke splitter atau microfilter atau router atau apa-apa peranti lain. Jika lampu "DSL" anda stabil kemungkinan ada kerosakan kepada internal wiring atau peranti-peranti tadi.

Bila perlu panggil perkhidmatan pelanggan TM?

- Jika telefon anda tiada tone.
- Jika lampu "DSL" di modem anda tidak menyala atau berkelip-kelip. Baca popup mesej di komputer anda, jika ada.
- Jika lampu "DSL" modem anda stabil tetapi masih tidak boleh disambung ke internet.

16. Is there any contract period for this promotion?
Yes. A contract period of 12 months is applicable to this promotion package.

17. Can I terminate (unsubscribe) to this promotion? If yes, how do I terminate?
Yes. You can terminate your HyppTV Platinum Pack subscription via any of the following methods:
1. TM UniFi Centre
You may call TM UniFi Centre at 1-300-88-1222.
2. TMpoint
You may visit any nearby TMpoint outlets.

19. Is there any penalty for early termination?
Yes. If you decide to terminate the subscription before the contract ends, early termination penalty shall apply i.e. RM30 multiply the number of remaining months and the amount will be charged as a lump sum to your bill.

20. How long does the termination take effect?
The termination takes automatically from the date of termination request.

21. Any other terms and conditions?
TM reserves the rights to remove, replace, reduce or add the number of HyppTV Premium channels in this promotion. Premium channels under this promotion are pre-determined and cannot be changed to other premium channels.
